As our company continues to grow and thrive, we not only focus on business success but also prioritize team building and employee welfare. Recently, TOPWELL organized a three-day team-building activity in the beautiful city of Guilin. The goal of this trip was to strengthen team cohesion, relax our minds and bodies, as well as experience different cultures and landscapes.

During the three-day journey, we have arranged a series of exciting and challenging activities. These include visiting iconic natural landmarks such as the Elephant Trunk Hill, an emblematic symbol of Guilin's landscape; exploring the historical Jingjiang Wangfu Mansion from the Ming Dynasty; embarking on a bamboo rafting adventure along the Yulong River; exploring the Silver Cave; immersing ourselves in Yangshuo West Street discovering Xingping Ancient Town; and enjoying a grand performance called "Impression Liu Sanjie" amidst the breathtaking scenery along Li River. These attractions not only allow us to appreciate Guilin's unique natural beauty but also foster communication and collaboration among team members.

On the first day, the TOPWELL travel group departed from Shenzhen North and arrived at Yangshuo County in Guilin. After taking a short rest, we immersed ourselves in local customs, savoring mouthwatering delicacies. As night fell, West Street came alive with bustling energy. Here, numerous young people gathered to indulge in delicious food while enjoying shopping opportunities or capturing moments for selfies. This is where our adventure truly began.

The next day brought us to our first destination: the Yulong River bamboo rafting experience. The entire Yulong River scenic area is devoid of modern buildings or any signs of artificial alteration, offering a tranquil escape from urban chaos. As we drifted along for several kilometers on the bamboo raft, we were mesmerized by the enchanting beauty of nature – so pristine, raw, and authentic. Undoubtedly the largest expanse of untouched natural landscape in the Guilin region.

Next, under the guidance of a knowledgeable tour guide, we embarked on an expedition through Silver Cave. Wandering amidst various unique formations of stalactites and stalagmites, we marveled at nature's mysterious and extraordinary craftsmanship.

Then we arrived at Moon Hill Scenic Area in Yangshuo; its peak is pierced by a massive hole resembling a bright full moon, hence its name – Moon Peak commonly referred to as Moon Hill. On clear days, visitors can peer through this opening to see the blue sky and fluffy clouds – as if gazing into a circular mirror perched atop the mountain.

Following that, we explored Xingping Ancient Town where ancient architecture takes center stage along with various exhibits showcasing minority ethnic cultures through traditional clothing and handmade crafts. And guess what? This town also boasts a famous landmark – it's where the backdrop for China's 20-yuan banknote was captured.

In the evening, we were treated to an impressive performance called "Impression Liu Sanjie." The harmonious fusion of nature's mountainous backdrop with vibrant lights, grandiose costumes, and ingenious three-dimensional staging created a series of visually breathtaking spectacles. The show was divided into five parts comprising seven captivating chapters that beautifully represented diverse styles from five different ethnic groups.

The mesmerizing performance of "Impression Liu Sanjie" showcases the traditional folk songs, local fishing and farming practices, wedding customs, festive celebrations, and authentic daily life of the ethnic minorities in Guangxi. Through this spectacular show, we witness the pure and diligent spirit of the Guangxi minority groups.

On our third day, we embarked on an exciting adventure to Guilin City. Our first stop was the iconic Elephant Trunk Hill Scenic Area, which perfectly embodies Guilin's breathtaking landscapes. This mountain resembles a majestic elephant drinking water from the Li River. The enchanting Moon over Water Cave at its forefront curves like a full moon, with crystal-clear river water flowing through its nose-shaped entrance. The reflection of the cave forms a mesmerizing spectacle on the calm river surface – as if there were a moon underwater and another one floating above.

Next, we explored Jingjiang Wangfu – an awe-inspiring royal palace from the Ming Dynasty. This grand architectural complex bears profound cultural imprints of China. Among more than 200 cliff carvings on Guiling's Duxiu Peak Mountain stands one that captivates us all: five Chinese characters representing blessings left by renowned artists throughout history. It is believed to bring immense luck and fortunes to all who encounter it – truly a gateway to prosperity! Inside Wangfu's grounds lies Duxiu Peak itself, rising proudly with cliffs - a magnificent sight often referred to as "the pillar holding up the sky in Southern China." Our hiking journey not only allowed us to unwind but also deepened our appreciation for our motherland's natural wonders.

As we reminisce about our unforgettable trip to Guilin, cherished memories flood our minds. We experienced not only joyful teamwork but also strengthened our bonds through this team-building activity. This journey not only enhanced our unity as a team but also fostered stronger relationships among each team member.

At the same time, this trip has allowed us to delve deeper into the beauty of Guilin's natural landscapes and cultural landmarks. Looking ahead, we are committed to organizing even more team-building activities that ignite team spirit and boost productivity.
